Dr. Elaine Waller is the founder and lead pharmacist of Order-CS, established in 2010. She oversees all clinical and regulatory operations at Order-CS, ensuring compliance with international pharmacy standards.

Dr. Waller is also a highly experienced pharmaceutical executive who helped bring landmark oncology drugs such as brentuximab vedotin (Adcetris) to FDA approval through her leadership at Sonus Pharmaceuticals and Seagen. She began her career in academia at the University of Texas at Austin, where she served as Assistant Director of Clinical Research at the Drug Dynamics Institute.

Anyssa Garza serves as the Clinical Content Strategist for Order-CS, creating evidence-based health content and patient education materials. She is a Doctor of Pharmacy graduate of UT Austin College of Pharmacy.

Anyssa is also an award-winning health content strategist with work featured on Pharmacy Times, RxWiki, and Digital Pharmacist. She integrates BJ Fogg-style behavior design into content strategy to drive lasting health outcomes, with a focus on empowering women and moms.

Dr. Reyzan Shali serves as the Medical Reviewer for Order-CS, providing clinical oversight and medical review of all health content. She is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with over 20 years of experience.

Born in Baghdad and emigrating to the U.S. with "nothing but hope," she brings remarkable resilience to patient care. She practices at Tri-City Primary Care Medical Group and is the author of "Teaming Up Against Cancer," a recognized speaker on health, wellness, and overcoming adversity.

Dr. Alyssa Chaudhari serves as a Clinical Consultant for Order-CS, providing clinical pharmacy expertise and evidence-based practice oversight. She earned her PharmD from Auburn University and actively engages in journal clubs, clinical presentations, and research.

In addition to her consulting role with Order-CS, Dr. Chaudhari owns and operates Jennings Mill Drug Company, an independent community pharmacy in Watkinsville, GA, where she serves as Pharmacist-In-Charge.

Mary Sheehan serves as a Wellness & Integrative Health Consultant for Order-CS, providing holistic health expertise and wellness content. She is a registered pharmacist in Ohio with over 20 years of community pharmacy experience.

Known as "Mary the Medicine Woman," she blends traditional pharmacy practice with wellness, life coaching, and integrative health. She extends her reach through the Take on Healthcare podcast and her role as Clinical Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED).
